We were moving from out of state with little knowledge of the area and were apprehensive about buying in this market. So we coordinated with them extensively while in Texas, and they were always quick to respond and patient with all our questions. They also previewed a number of homes they knew we were interested in and sent us some detailed walkthrough videos. These really helped us narrow down our list as we had a short window to view homes.
